When will I get my item?
Delivery is within 3 working days* from the moment you submit your order. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays). If your order is above £60.00, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is £4.00. *This maybe slightly delayed during busy times. You can track your order, using the tracking number sent in your confirmation email and the Royal Mail online facility.
How will you send my order?
We use the Royal Mail for all our orders. Simples!
Will I need to sign for my item?
We use a fully tracked service that doesn't require a signature (if the delivery is to the UK).
What if no-one is at home?
You will receive a text or email notification on the day of delivery, so you will always know your parcel is on its way. Royal Mail will automatically deliver to a neighbour if you are not at home, but you can also pass on a suggested safe place to leave items if you’re not in. You can also collect from your local delivery office.
My order is still stating 'order processing' when will it be shipped?
If the status of your order is showing as 'order processing', it means that we're busy getting your order together ready to be sent out. During busy times, this status may show on your order for longer than normal. You'll receive another email when we send your order to you, which will include a tracking link. If your order hasn't arrived within 3-4 working days please email email@example.com
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Your estimated delivery date is usually 2-3 days after ordering – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you deliver to a PO Box address?
Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Do you deliver Internationally?
Flaming Pink deliver to over 70 countries worldwide. We aim to deliver to Europe within 2-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days using a tracked service. The cost for shipping overseas is £10.
Taxes and Duties
In the UK we charge the standard tax. However, duties and taxes vary from country to country and typically depend on the goods ordered. As the purchaser of the good, you are best to contact the customs office in the country where the goods will be received to find out about duties and taxes that may be owed on the package. If your order is refused delivery and returned to us, we will be unable to refund you the shipping costs. We cannot accept any responsibility for any issues regarding taxes and duties to destinations outside the UK - these will be payable by the recipient. Please note that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering.
What is your returns policy?
You can return a item for free within 30 days. We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion. All goods will be inspected on return. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 28 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
Are there any items I can't return?
Due to hygiene reasons, undergarments or items such as tri-suits or cycling shorts must be tried on whilst wearing underwear. If there is any indication that they have been tried on without using underwear, sorry, we will not be able to process the return. We are happy to offer a refund on your items so long as you return them unused, unwashed and in its/their original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order. If goods are returned in any other condition, we will not be able to offer a refund.
I'm a UK customer, have you received my return?
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
